I love to reach out to the users I design for understanding what users actually need, not just what they say, is where good design starts. From there, I work close to the build by pairing with engineers and data team, using AI tools where it genuinely sharpens the process, and bringing my own judgment to the decisions that matter.

I actively integrate AI into my design workflow and bring what works back to the team. Using generative tools for ideation, exploration, design system as well as user interview preparation and synthesis. This is a core part of how I work.
